左旋精胺酸(L-Arginine)是人體中自然存在的精胺酸形態,可促進蛋白質合成、幫助傷口修復、提高免疫機能等,還能幫助運動後肌肉合成、提升運動表現。同時精氨酸也是一氧化氮的前驅物,可以使血管擴張、使血流通暢、降血壓、改善心血管疾病。亦能改善性功能障礙、提升精子活動力、改善男性機能。
